The Sol y Sombra restaurant is located adjacent to the main swimming pool of the Resort; it offers breakfast, lunch, and supper with impressive views of the hotel's tropical gardens.

There is a varied menu: traditional Spanish rice dishes, delicious Italian pastas and pizzas and fresh subtly dressed salads in addition to sandwiches and food suitable for children.

All served in a relaxed family atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing day by the pool of the resort.

We combine the traditional gastronomy of the Bahia with the freshness of the Sol y Sombra restaurant to offer you our Summer Grill plus two themed buffets each week.

During dinner, we request you wear formal dress. Shorts are not permitted in the restaurant.
