Once you have unzipped the zip files:

If you are using Tomtom, drag the files and drop them in the map folder in your satnav. Add the PDI using the satnav menus.

If you are using Navman, use the Navman ST Desktop application in your PC. Click on Map, select POIs and open POI Editor. In the new window, press File \ Open and open the file hotel_don_carlos.csv. Select the option File \ Save to Device.

If you are using Garmin, plug your Garmin device or a memory stick into your computer so you can transfer the points that interest you. Start the Garmin POI Loader application. Select the device to which you wish to transfer the points of interest. Choose the option Install customised points of interest in the device. In the first dialogue box, indicate the directory where you unzipped the contents of the zip file.
