Found a lower price on another Hotel web-site/search engine? What should I do? 

Prior to making your reservation on another web-site, always send an e-mail to mejorprecio@expogrupo.com with the following information: 

Personal Information:

• Name and surname/s
• E-mail address
• Telephone number

Reservation information:

• Name of the hotel
• Arrival departure dates
• N° of rooms
• Adults / children

Information about the web-site offering the lower price:

• Internet address
• Total price for the stay currency
• A "print screen" copy of the page with the indicated price

Claimss must be presented within 24 hours of having found the offer, and 72 hours before arrival at the hotel.

How do I obtain the Best Price Guarantee discount?
Once your claim has been received and we have verified that the price you found is lower than the one offered on the Hotel Official web-site, we will let you know how to proceed:

• Make your reservation with the data supplied using the Hotel web-site.
• You will receive an automatic conformation e-mail (created by default; you can eliminate this e-mail, as it will not show the agreed price for your stay).
• You will then receive another e-mail with the confirmed and agreed to price following the Best Price Guarantee claim.

 

Remember that you must make the full payment for your stay at the hotel.

IMPORTANT: To obtain the Best Price, the reservation must be made using one of the Expo Hotels Resorts web-sites. We are not responsible for cancellations via other web-sites.

Terms and conditions

• The client need not make their reservation on a competitor´s Web-site. They must only prove the legitimacy of the claim in accordance with the conditions stated.
• To obtain the best price, the reservation must be made through of one of the Expo Hotels Resorts web-sites.
• Expo Hotels Resorts are not responsible for the cancellation fees due to reservations made on made on other web-sites.
• The lower price found must be reserved on-line, on another web-site under equivalent conditions to those of the reservation offered on hoteldoncarlos.com; in other words, the reservation is confirmed immediately and in real time. This price must be applied to the same hotel for the same room type and stay, in the same currency and for the same dates and number of guests. The guarantee is not applicable with the following web sites: priceline.com, hotwire.com, or their associate firms or other, similar web-sites. Likewise, this offer is not applicable to on-line or web-site reservations in which the name of the hotel the client is reserving is not indicated throughout the process; the same hold true to auctioned rooms.
• The guarantee is not applicable in the case of errors when uploading or publishing the prices of other web-sites.
• The guarantee is applicable to lower prices whose restrictions (cancellation policies, deposits, etc.) are similar to those applicable to the fee reserved through the official Hotel web-site.
• The guarantee is not applicable to unpublished or confidential prices, any type of booklet, fees that are part of a package trip with other services, business, group or meeting fees, etc.
• The guarantee refers to the final price to be paid by the user, which includes all costs deriving from the service, fees, taxes or administrative expenses that the other web-sites charge users.
• The guarantee refers to the total price to be paid by the user for the full stay, not to the partial price of some or all the days of the stay.
• Claims must be presented prior to making the reservation or within 24 hours of having made the original reservation on the official hotel web-site.
• This guarantee does not apply if the reservation is made within 72 hours of the arrival date.
• This promotion is invalid where prohibited by law. Expo Hotels Resorts maintains the right to modify, change, suspend or terminate this guarantee at any time, without prior notice and at its own discretion.
